1. Who we are
DOUGHBOYZ is a licensed cannabis retailer. This website is a menu and ordering tool. All orders are confirmed and paid through our official Telegram account, linked on this site: Telegram
2. Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to use this site and buy from us. We will check valid government-issued photo ID at delivery or pickup. We refuse any order if ID can't be shown or the person is under 21. No refund is given for a failed age check.
3. Orders
Sending an order through Telegram is a request to buy, not a confirmed sale. An order is confirmed only when we confirm it on Telegram and payment is received. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if stock runs out or a price is wrong. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you in full.
4. Prices and products
Our prices are set in US dollars. If you are in the UK or Europe, prices are shown in pounds or euros, converted at the latest exchange rate; your order message includes the dollar amount too. Prices and rates can change without notice. The price confirmed in your Telegram chat is final. Product photos are for illustration and packaging may vary. Strain descriptions describe typical effects, not guaranteed ones.
5. Payment
We accept crypto, bank transfer, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment details are only ever sent by our official Telegram account, the one linked on this site. We are not responsible for payments sent to any other account, so always reach us through the Telegram button on this site before paying.
6. Returns and refunds
For safety and legal reasons, we can't accept returns of cannabis products once they have left our hands. If an item arrives damaged, wrong or missing, message us on Telegram within 24 hours with photos and we'll replace or refund it.
7. Responsible use
Our products are for adults only. Don't drive or operate machinery after use. Keep products away from children and pets. Don't use them if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Check with a doctor if you take medication. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
8. Your responsibility
You agree not to resell our products. You also agree not to take them anywhere they are illegal. You are responsible for knowing the laws where you live.
9. Liability
We're not liable for misuse of our products, or for any loss beyond the amount you paid for the order in question.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order applies.
